YOUNGSVILLE - Celia Darlene Ferrell Bailey, 86, originally of Lucama, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 at her home. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in the Bailey family cemetery, Radford Road, Lucama. The Rev. Charles Stratton will officiate.

Surviving: daughter, Celia Ann "Annie" Bailey Berger (Douglas) of the home; sons, Glen Bailey (Angie) of Stockbridge, Ga., Alan Bailey (Joan) of Farmville, Greg Bailey (Sandi) of Rocky Point and Phil Bailey of Smithfield; sister, Audrey Ferrell Hinton of Wilson; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenwood Seth Bailey Sr.; parents, Allison Warren and Brona Bray Hayes Ferrell; and a brother, Jessie Elias Ferrell.

The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, and other times at the home, 125 Hunter's Lane, Youngsville.
