LOUISBURG - William "Bill" Morris Wrenn, 74, died Thursday morning, Dec. 7, 2017. A memorial service was held Monday, Dec. 11, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Trinity United Methodist Church cemetery.

Bill was a son of the late James H. and Inez Hill Wrenn. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Bessie Mae Newman and Agnes Wrenn; brothers, Jimmy Wrenn, Charles Wrenn and Bobby Wrenn.

Surviving: sisters, Polly W. Jenks (Hubert) of Wake Forest and Betty Reid of Louisburg; many nieces and nephews.
