LOUISBURG--Lue Joyce Greene, 84, died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018 at Transitions Life Care, Raleigh.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan.27, at 1 p.m. at Terrell Middle School Gymnasium, 101 Terrell Lane, Louisburg. Burial will follow at St. Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Spring Hope. The family will receive friends at St. Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 7337 Church Bend Road, Spring Hope, Friday night from 6-8 p.m.

Surviving: children, Sandra Faye McCall (Raymond Sr.) of Erwin, Darrell Greene (Wanda) of Fayetteville, Deborah Greene-Terrell (Ray) of the home, Joyce Ann McLeod of Lake Royale, Dora Greene and Oliver Greene Jr., both of Louisburg; nine grandchildren: four great-grandchildren; sisters, Queen Hedgepeth of Enfield and Lillie Brodie of Spring Hope; other relatives and friends.
