LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Mary Janet Davis, 76, who died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, will be held Saturday, Jan. 27, at 12 p.m. at Ambassadors For Christ Ministries in Louisburg, with the Rev. Jamaal Brodie officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Hugh Davis Jr. of the home; daughters, Tomeka Davis of Louisburg, Sharlene Alston-Daniel (John) of Charlotte, Patricia Debnam (Lorenza) of Youngsville; sons, Patrick Davis (Joann) of Raleigh, Hugh Davis III (Tammy) of Louisburg; sisters, Dorothy Campbell (James) of Brooklyn, N.Y., Bennie Pope of Henderson, Geraldine Pope of Louisburg; brother, Richard Pope of Warrenton; 15 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Friday from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
