LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Nassyr "Nas" Elijah Alston, age 8, who died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, will be held Sunday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. at Perry's Missionary Baptist Church, Louisburg, with the Rev. Melvin Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Perry's Church cemetery.

Surviving: his mother, Beverly Edgerton of the home; father, Dwayne Macon of Louisburg, maternal grandmother, Roselyn Edgerton of the home; paternal grandparents, Rena Macon of Louisburg and George Alston of Warrenton; and several sisters and brothers.

Open visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 10, from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
