FRANKLINTON--Deydra Vaughan Bragg, 71, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A graveside funeral service was held Saturday afternoon, March 10, in the Wesley's Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery, with the Rev. Harold Woodlief officiating.

She was born in Vance County, the daughter of the late Sarah Jackson Vaughan and Linwood Vaughan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Bragg; a son, Eric Bragg; a daughter, Sherry Holland; and a brother; Johnny Vaughan.

Surviving: her son; Chris Summerlin (Rometa) of Creedmoor; two grandchildren; companion, Gordon Appleford of Franklinton; and her brother, Jimmy Vaughan of Franklinton.
