LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Billy G. Solomon, 55, who died Saturday, May 12, 2018, will be held Saturday, May 19, at 3 p.m. at Gillfield Baptist Church in Castalia, with the Rev. Linda Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Gillfield Church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Yenta Solomon of Louisburg; sons, Christopher Solomon of Bunn, Antwon and Markise Solomon, both of Louisburg; sisters, Linda Oomos of Savannah, Ga., Alma Galbrieth (Craig) of Greensboro; brother, James Solomon of Louisburg; and three grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Friday from 4 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
