LOUISBURG--Michael "Kent" Ray, 66, died Sunday, May 13, 2018 at his home. Services will be private. The family will be at the home of Pauline Burnette.

He was born to Pauline "Mammie" Burnette and the late Milton Thurman Ray.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are: brothers, Lane Ray (Elizabeth), Brian Ray (Cathy); sister, Ann Roberts; and many nieces and nephews.
