FRANKLINTON--Amelia Arnold Brown, 87, died Sunday, May 20, 2018 at her residence. A graveside memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, at the Flat Rock Baptist Church cemetery, with the Rev. Gary McNair officiating.

She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Nannie Maybelle Murray Arnold and Dock Floyd Arnold.

Surviving: her husband, Lindbergh Brown; a daughter, Sylvia B. Harrelson (Bob) of Franklinton; a son, Ken Brown (Anne) of Franklinton; and two grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family immediately following the service in the church fellowship building.
