LOUISBURG--Teresa Harris Blake, 60, died early Wednesday, May 23, 2018. The family will receive friends Friday night from 7 to 8:30 at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Rev. Dale Eatmon officiating. Burial will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park.

She was born to the late William Charles and Janet McCullen Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. David J. Blake.
Surviving: daughter, Sharon B. Fuller (Jerry); son, Michael Blake; sister, Cindy Cassady; brothers, Jeffrey Harris (Christie) and Joseph Harris (Janice); two grandchildren; nine nieces and nephews.
