RALEIGH--Phillip Morris Perry, 78, died Monday, July 27, 2018 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Aug. 5, at 2 p.m. at Feggins & Feggins Chapel in Wake Forest.

He was born in Franklin County to the late Robert Earl and Mary Lillie Harris Perry.
