RALEIGH--Memorial services for William Phillips Jr., 63, who died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, will be held Saturday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.

Surviving: his wife, Ruth Hilliard Phillips of the home; son, Demond Phillips of the home; sisters, Shirley Godley (Tommy) of Raleigh, Joanne, Nancy, Carol, Wendy and Tracy Phillips, all of Wilson; brothers, James Earl Phillips (Angela) of Raleigh, Danny and Billy Phillips, both of Wilson, and Darnell Phillips of Hampton, Va.
