CASTALIA--Debra Elizabeth Keller Harts, 64, died Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Wilson Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Dec. 8 at 1 p.m. at Wood Baptist Church.

She was born to the late Robert and Jane Keller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robin Keller. Debra knew sign language and worked with the school for the deaf.

Surviving: husband, Alvin Harts; brother, Dan Keller of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf, 1311 US Hwy 301 South, Wilson, NC 27893.
