LOUISBURG--Veronica Mae Hawkins, 68, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, at 1 p.m. at St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Cemetery on the Hill.

Surviving: daughter, Chantel Hawkins of Raleigh; mother, Wilhelmenia Hawkins of Louisburg; sister, Julia Marie Hawkins of Richmond, Va.; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
