LOUISBURG--Jimmie Kent Jones, 78, of Lake Royale died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Nov 21, at 11 a.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.

He was born to the late R.S. and Minnie G. Jones.

Surviving: his wife, Jimmie Pearce Jones; son, Jimmie Kent Jones Jr.; brother, R. Hester Jones of White Level; sister, Carolyn J. Ball of Franklinton; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to Jimmie P. Jones for the Jimmie Kent Jones, Jr. Supplemental Needs Trust, 104 Lake Royale, Louisburg, NC 27549.
