ZEBULON - Paula Jones Hamilton, 57, died Friday night, Nov. 30, after a brief battle with leukemia. Funeral service was held Monday, Dec. 3, at Social Plains Baptist Church, with burial following in the church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, David Hamilton; son, Cody Hamilton; step-son, David Hamilton, II (Laura); mother, Lorine S. Jones; brothers, Ashley Jones (Desiree) and Jerry Jones (Peggy); and four step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Jones.
