ALEXANDRIA, VA--Memorial services for Herman Williams, 64, of Alexandria, Va., formerly of Louisburg, who died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, at 1 p.m. at St. Stephens Baptist Church in Warrenton, with the Rev. John Williams officiating.
