LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Barbara R. Walker, 69, who died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, will be held Wednesday, Feb. 20, at 1 p.m. at New Beginning Ministries in Henderson, with Dr. Raphael Holloman Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

Surviving: sons, Willie James Patterson Jr. (Veronica) of Metuchen, N.J., James Andrew Patterson of Newark, N.J., Tyrone Patterson Sr. (Della) of Louisburg, Richard Lawrence Patterson of Durham; sister, Ruby Richardson (Ollie) of Centerville; brothers, Elmore Richardson Jr. of Trenton, N.J., Willie Gray Richardson (Donna) of Rolesville; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Tuesday from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
