LOUISBURG - Dorothy Mae Autrey, 93, died Saturday morning, Feb. 23, 2019. The family will receive friends 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle. Burial will follow in Ransdell Chapel Baptist Church cemetery.

She was a daughter of the late McCoy and Elizabeth Carpenter Stamey. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Kelse" Autrey; daughter, Willa Cash; sons, Ricky Autrey and Lee Ray Autrey; four sisters and nine brothers.

Surviving: daughter, Rita (Tom) Buetow of Spring Hope; sons Bobby (Cathy) Autrey of Oxford, William Jr. (Hazel) Autrey of Rougemont; sisters, Shirley Peek, Barbara Ward and Frances Faye King; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Christian School, 394 Ferrells Bridge Road, Louisburg, NC 27549.
