LOUISBURG--Ruth Ann Powell, 80, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 at Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born to the late Arthur Franklin Powell Sr. and Mona Smith Powell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald Eugene Powell, Arthur Franklin Powell Jr.; her sisters, Gertrude, Mirna, Davida and Naomi.

Surviving: sisters, Jeanette Powell and Yvonne K. Derry.
