LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Eddie Alston, 81, who died Monday April 22, 2019, will be held Sunday, April 28, at 2 p.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Cedar Rock Church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Annie Ruth Alston of the home; daughters, Daphine Coppedge of Louisburg, Diane Fogg of Springfield, MA, Senora Williams (Archie), Lorraine House (Woodrow), Penny Coppedge, Maxine Coppedge (Jimmy) and Roxanne Coppedge, all of Louisburg; son, Robert Arrington of Newton Grove; sisters, Delois Alston Drewery of Maryland, Brenda Alston Cox of Rocky Mount; brother James Alston of Nashville; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Saturday from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
