LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Carrie Blacknall Smith, 88, of Louisburg, currently residing in Charlotte, who died Monday, May 20, 2019, will be held Friday, May 24, at 2 p.m. at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Kittrell, with the Rev. Dr. Felicia Hardy officiating. Burial will follow in the Concord Church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Georgia Lee Russell Young (Howard) of Louisburg, Gloria Jean Blacknall Kingsberry (Richard) of Charlotte, Karen Teresa Watson Bryant of Atlanta, GA; brother, Charles Blacknall (Meatrice) of Franklinton; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church in Kittrell.
