ZEBULON - Lucille Perry Richards, of the Pearce's community, died Wednesday morning, May 29, 2019. She was born in Wake County, the daughter of the late Clifton and Mary Pierce Perry. A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 31, at Poplar Spring Baptist Church, with burial following in the Pearce Baptist Church cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Eddie G. Richards; a son, Eddie C. Richards; and one brother, Ben Perry.

Surviving: daughter, Charlene (Tony) Shannahan; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
