ROCKY MOUNT-- Funeral services for Charles Frank Vines, 82, who died Friday, Sept., 13, 2019, will be held Thursday, Sept. 19, at 12 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville, with the Rev. Jack Reese Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the New St. John Church cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville.
