LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Jewel Marie Parker, 79, who died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019, will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, with the Rev. Ulysses Banks officiating. Burial will follow in the Quantico National Cemetery.

She is the the daughter of the late Melvin Kelly and Susie Mae Smith.

Surviving: daughter, Regina Smith-Brodie of Wilson; son, Ernie Neal Sr. of Franklinton; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 25, from 3-7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
