FRANKLINTON--Funeral services for Olivia "Red" Alston Cooper, 83, who died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, will be held Thursday, Nov. 7, at 3 p.m. at the Word Tabernacle Church in Rocky Mount.Burial will follow in the Mark's Chapel Church cemetery. The Rev. James Gailliard will be officiating.

Surviving: daughter, Margaret Battle (George) of Franklinton; sons, David Cooper (Lelia) and Lee Alston Cooper, all of Franklinton; eight grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
