Weldon Nicholson, 77, of 3609 Bond Street, Raleigh, NC, died Dec. 29, 2019 at Tower Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh.

Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Jan. 4, 2020 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC, with burial in Mt. Moriah Church Cemetery, Louisburg.

He is survived by his daughters, Anne Burton, Houston, Tex.; Donita Small, Clayton, NC, Carolesa Akridge, Louisburg and Kimberly Powell of Chapel Hill, NC and sons James Nicholson of Sanford, NC and Rodney Nicholson of Durham, NC, 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Arrangements were by Alston-Anderson Funeral Service, 904 South Main St., Louisburg.
