LOUISBURG--Carlton Ray Arnold, 79, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2020 at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh. Services will be private.

He was born to the late Jonah and Girlie Pendelton Arnold. He was also preceded in death by one brother, one sister and a sister-in-law.

Surviving: wife, Lillie Earp Arnold; children, Lonnie Arnold, Timmy Arnold, Steve Arnold, and Connie Banks; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Cearnes Arnold, Harold Arnold (Donna), and Clay Arnold (Stella).
