LOUISBURG-Janice Evans Dickerson, 82, of Louisburg died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020 at Louisburg Health and Rehab. She was preceded death by her parents, Robert Henry and Fannie Belle Shearin Evans; her siblings, Eudora Apple, Nadine Redmond, Richard Evans and Thomas Evans.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Dickerson; daughters, Beth Gordon (Butch), Tammy Bennett (Kim), five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sister, Julia Elam (Bill) and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 8, 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at Sandy Creek Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Butch Gordon and Pastor Ken Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
