LOUISBURG--Joan Marie Ray, 71, died Wednesday, June 24, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She was born in Providence, RI, on April 20, 1949 to the late John and Melina Dansereau Miele. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael D. Ray, and her daughter, Sabrina Jackman.

Surviving: sons, John Ray (Amber Love-grove) and Michael Ray; daughter, Alisha Ray; and nine grandchildren.
