FRANKLINTON--Clarence Hardy Smith, 76, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020. Funeral service will be private.

He was born on May 14, 1944 to the late Jesse Cicero and Selma Abbott Smith.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by brothers, Bobby and Floyd Smith.
