HENDERSON--Funeral services for Joseph "Joe Benny" Neal, 73, who died Tuesday, July 28, 2020, will be held Sunday, Aug. 2, at 2 p.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Haywood Church cemetery.

Surviving: his wife, Barbara Allen Neal of the home; sons, James Neal (Teretha) of Henderson, Jermaine Neal of Warrenton, Johnathon Neal of Franklinton; sisters, Lucy Kearney-Slater (Theron) of Henderson, Alice Jean Monroe (James) of Youngsville, Edith Woodard (Eddie Lee) of Louisburg; brothers, Eddie Ray Neal (Jessie) and Claude Neal (Brenda), both of Henderson; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday from 5 until 6 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
