LOUISBURG--Bobby Lawrence Hill, 82, of Louisburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec.4, at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Louisburg.

He was born in Franklin County, a son of the late Wiley Hill and Mamie (Wiggins) Hill. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: T. Hill and Buck Hill.

Surviving: his wife, Betty Jean (Robertson) Hill of Louisburg; his children: Ronnie Hill (Margaret) of Louisburg, Debbie Hill of Louisburg, Janet Land of Louisburg, and Gail Thompson (Art) of Louisburg; sisters: Judy Weaver (Wilbert) of Youngsville and Daphene Foster of Louisburg; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hill King United Methodist Church, 1989 NC 39 Hwy., Louisburg, NC. 27549.
