LOUISBURG, NC- Omega "Rusty" Rufus Jackson, IV, 62, of Louisburg, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 24, 2021. He was born January 11, 1959 in Vance County, a son of Omega "Boots" Rufus Jackson, III and Celia (Dement) Cutler.

Rusty enjoyed hunting and fishing. He never met a stranger and will be missed by all of his family and friends.

Rusty is survived by his mother, Celia and his father, Boots, his aunt, Charlotte, many cousins, and a dear friend, Dot Robertson.

Private services will be held by the family at a later time.
