LOUISBURG, NC -- Funeral services for Dorothy Ward Taborn, age 101, who died on Saturday, March 6, 2021, will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, March 12, 2021 from the homeplace of Judy Marshall at 547 NC Hwy 39 South, Louisburg with Rev. Jamal Brodie officiating. Burial will follow in the Cemetery on the Hill.

She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Carpenter-Gallop of Landover, MD; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5 until 6 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home, Louisburg
