OXFORD,NC-- Vernon Cottrell "VC" Parham, Jr, 66, of Oxford, passed away in Chapel Hill, NC on Thursday, April 15, 2021. He was born in Vance County, son of the late Vernon Cottrell Parham, Sr. and Mary (Heath) Parham.

VC is survived by his siblings: Gerald Parham (Lynn), Frances Dickerson, Brenda Barker, and Sammy Parham; as well as many nieces, and nephews.

A private family service will be held at a later time.
