LOUISBURG, NC-- Robert Boyd Choat, 56, of Louisburg, died on Saturday, July 3, 2021. He was born in Forsyth County on July 19, 1964, the son of Mae Marie Money Flippo.

In addition to his mother, Robert is survived by his daughter, Morgan Smith (Tyler); one granddaughter; sister, Rose Jordan; nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and great nephews. Robert was predeceased by his step-father, Charles Harrison Flippo, Jr.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7, at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, NC 27549.

Contributions may be made to the funeral home or to the family to assist in Robert's final expenses.
