NEW BEDFORD, MA--Funeral services for Wallace Hartsfield, Jr., age 68, who died on Friday, August 13, 2021, will be held on Thursday, August 19, at 1 p.m. from the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg with Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Anacleto Hartsfield, of New Bedford, MA; stepchildren: Mark (Stacey) Gibbons and Leanne (Earl) Fisher-Ross of New Bedford, MA; four brothers, LeRoy (Jackie) Hartsfield of Bunn, NC , James (Velma) Hartsfield of Goldsboro, NC, Joseph Hartsfield, of Raleigh, NC, and Larry (Angela) Hartsfield of Greensboro, NC; four sisters, Delphenia (Clifton) Livingston, Geraldine Hartsfield, Ora Lee Hartsfield all of Louisburg, NC, and Regina (Donald) Joyner of Charlotte, NC; four step grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 18, from 5 until 6:30 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.
