FRANKLINTON, NC--Funeral services for Ernest "Cato" Richardson, age 77, who died on Saturday, October 30, 2021, will be held on Friday, November 5, at 2 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Leroy Dukes officiating. Burial will follow in the Popes Chapel Church Cemetery in Franklinton.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Richardson of the home; two daughters, Cassandra Alston (Jerome) of Louisburg, NC, Donita Richardson of Franklinton, NC, two sons, Thomas Teasley and Tony Hayes (Fannie), both of Franklinton, NC; two sisters, Luzany Perry of Franklinton, NC, Evelyn Brodie of Oxford, NC; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 12 until 2 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
