LOUISBURG, NC - Frances Perdue Ayscue, 97, of Louisburg, died Saturday evening, January 29, 2022.

Born September 20, 1924, Mrs. Ayscue was a daughter of the late Johnnie and Beulah G. Perdue. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland M. Ayscue; sister, Lillie Rae Weaver and brothers, John Perdue and Maurice Perdue.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1 in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Ayscue is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Jeanette and Everett Chalk; Linda Ayscue all of Raleigh; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
