ZEBULON, NC -- Garrett Lee Cribb, 16, of Zebulon, died May 18, 2022, along with his twin brother, Gabriel, in a tragic automobile accident.

Born February 15, 2006, he was the son of Robert Cribb, Jr., and Michelle Evans Cribb. Garrett was a sophomore at Bunn High School and worked at The Farmers Kitchen restaurant in Bunn.

In addition to his parents, Garrett is survived by his brothers, Brayden Cribb and Ashton Cribb; paternal grandparents, Robert and Brenda Cribb; maternal grandparents, Terry and Brenda Evans; maternal great grandfather, Norman Schneider as well as many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Alice Hart.

Garrett was a member of the wrestling team at Bunn High School. He was always known as "the life of the party." He touched many lives and was always good at making others laugh. He was fearless and strong in every aspect. He was hard working and dedicated to those he loved. He spent a lot of time with the love of his life, Brooke Morrow.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in the Bunn High School gymnasium. The family will receive friends following the service. A private burial will be held at Bunn Memorial Gardens.
