LOUISBURG, NC-- Marjorie Burnette Finch, 82, of Louisburg, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at her home.

A native of Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late William Busbee Burnette and Fannie Morton Burnette. Marjorie was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Eugene Burnette, John Burnette, Pearl White, Ruby Poole, Hazel Haynes, Shirley Denny and Nellie Macrini.

Marjorie is survived by her husband, Roy Kimball Finch; daughter, Scarlett Edwards and her husband Thomas of Louisburg; brothers, William Burnette and his wife Mary Ann of Louisburg. Calvin Burnette of High Point; grandchildren, Sabrina Hoyle, Billy Thomas Edwards III; great-grandchildren, Allison Hoyle and Aubrey Hoyle.

A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2022 in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.
