Norlina, NC--Funeral services for Stella Mae "Sallie" Solomon Carroll, age 89, who died on Monday, August 1, 2022, will be held 11 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2022 from the Mitchell Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg with Rev. Dr. Thelma McClean officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones Chapel Church Cemetery.

Born July 17, 1933, she is survived by three daughters, Jacqueline Carroll and Sharie Carroll, both of Durham, NC, Sylvia Hughes of Mebane, NC; one son, Durail Carroll of the home; one sister, Carrine Mitchell of Oxon Hill, MD; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Monday from 10 - 11 a.m., at Mitchell Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg.
