Louisburg, NC-- Shirley Alford Broberg age 70, of Louisburg died Tuesday, August 9, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Isaac Clifton Alford and Betty Whitaker Alford. In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by her son David Carlson.

Shirley is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Andrew Neal of Louisburg, daughter-in-law Chrissie Carlson, six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings Cliff Alford, David Turlington, Stephanie Boyd, and Keith Turlington.

A memorial service was held 3 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2022 at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549.
