LOUISBURG, NC-- Abby Mae Hicks, age 10, died December 10, 2022 surrounded by her family and friends. Abby was predeceased by her grandfathers, Dale Dunbar, William Hicks, and Charlie Bickford.

Born January 19, 2012, Abby is survived by her mother, Tina Hicks; stepfather, Maroy Chester; her father, William Hicks Jr; sisters, Lilly and Emma; grandmothers, Christine Pope (Wayne) and Mary Faye Beasley (Don); aunts, uncles and many cousins and other family members.

Abby's family received friends 2 - 2:45 p.m., Monday, December 12, at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, Louisburg NC, where funeral services were held at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Chuck Stratton officiating. Burial followed at Lancaster Memorial Park.
