Youngsville, NC--Funeral services for James Truman Cooke, age 75, who died on Thursday, February 2, 2023, will be held 11 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2023 from the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg with Pastor John Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Born November 18, 1947, he is survived by his wife, Gracie Bryant Cooke of the home; two sons, James Brian Cooke (Mayveta) of Youngsville, NC, Gregory Cooke (Katelynn) of Winston Salem, NC; one sister, Teressia Baker of Raleigh, NC; one brother, Douglas MacArthur Cooke of Kittrell, NC; and five grandchildren.

Viewing will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg.
