Louisburg, NC--Funeral services for Mirenia Massenburg Strickland, age 106, who died on Monday, February 27, 2023, will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, March 4, 2023 at from the Nelson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg with Dr. Harvey Chip Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson Chapel Church Cemetery.

Born January 14, 1917, she is survived by three daughters, Barbara Humphrey (Dwight) of Washington, DC, Minnie Wiggins (Johnnie) of Seat Pleasant, MD, Dr. Elizabeth Keith (James) of Louisburg, NC; one sister, Carolyn Price (Joseph) of Louisburg, NC; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 5-6 p.m., Friday. at Richardson Funeral Home.
