LOUISBURG, NC -- Funeral services for Ernestine Leonard Levister, age 71, who died on Sunday, July 30, 2023, will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, August 6, from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Cemetery on the Hill.

Born March 22, 1952, he is survived by one daughter, Makeyter Leonard (Derrick) of Louisburg, NC; two sisters, Bertha Perry of Newport News, VA, Bertine Matthews (Kenya) of Bunn, NC; three brothers, James Larry Hicks (Joyce) of Rocky Mount, NC, Glen Hicks (Addie) of Newport News, VA, Ray Hicks of Louisburg, NC; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 5 - 6 p.m., Saturday at Richardson Funeral Home.
