Louisburg, NC--Phyllis Hill Grice, 77, of Louisburg died Thursday, August 3, 2023 at her home. She was born on August 28, 1945 in Wake County to the late Marvin Hill and Miggie Bailey Hill.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 57 years, James Larry Grice; her son Donald Grice; and two brothers, Glenn and Edward Hill.

Survivors: her children, Denise Johnson of Louisburg, Deana Grice of Wilmington, Dale Cardenas (Juan) of Louisburg, and the "twins" Jordan and Jori Grice of the home; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, August 5, at Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church, 719 Alert Road, Louisburg, Pastor Jerry Fuller officiated. In lieu of flowers please consider making memorial contributions to Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church.
