Louisburg, NC--Funeral services for Delphine Perry Manson Neal, age 66, who died on Saturday, August 26, 2023, will be 3 p.m., Sunday, September 3, from the Allen Chapel Baptist Church in Louisburg with Rev. David Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Allen Chapel Church Cemetery.

Born July 11, 1957, she is survived by her daughter, Devonia Manson (James White) of Louisburg, NC; her mother, Carrella Holiday; two sisters, Vealus Henson and Nidina Pee; and three brothers, Gregory Perry (Sherry) and Bland Perry (Marion), all of Louisburg, NC, and David Perry (Gloria) of Fletcher, NC.

Viewing will be 2 - 3 p.m., Sunday at Allen Chapel Baptist Church.
